By creating an account and using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

VikralAI provides a Generative Engine Optimization tool that allows users to monitor their brand visibility across AI-powered search engines and chatbots. The core functionalities of the Service currently include:

• Organization and Brand Management: Setting up your brand identity, website, industry, and competitors for AI monitoring.
• Prompt Management: Creating and managing prompts to track how AI engines respond to queries related to your business.
• Automated AI Scanning: Executing prompts against ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and many more to analyze brand visibility and ranking.
• Analytics Dashboard: A centralized dashboard to view visibility scores, ranking trends, competitor comparisons, and citation intelligence.
• Improvement Engine: AI-powered recommendations to improve your brand ranking in AI-generated responses.

The Service is provided "as-is." We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account password and not disclose it to any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Service, including organization, competitor, and prompt information.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. You must not, and must not attempt to, do the following:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, or spamming.
• Abuse AI provider APIs through excessive or automated requests beyond what the Service provides.
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service, or attempt to do so.
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data about other people without their consent.

VikralAI is currently provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans ("Premium Plans") in the future, which may offer additional or advanced features such as higher scan frequency, more AI providers, or advanced analytics.

We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before any existing features become part of a paid plan or if we introduce fees for the Service you are currently using. You will have the option to upgrade to a Premium Plan or discontinue using the features that become paid.

The Service interacts with third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Perplexity) to execute prompt scans. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of responses generated by these AI providers.
• Changes to AI provider APIs, pricing, or availability that may affect the Service.
• Inconsistencies in AI-generated responses over time.

Rankings, visibility scores, and analytics derived from AI responses are approximations and should be used as one of many tools in your marketing strategy.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding data provided by you) are and will remain the exclusive property of VikralAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your analytics data, prompt configurations, and reports generated by the Service remain your property.

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with notice to you if:

• (a) you are in breach of these Terms,
• (b) your use of the Service would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or
• (c) you haven't accessed our Service for 12 consecutive months.

We will provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you and give you the opportunity to export your data from our Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VikralAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content or AI-generated analytics.

In no event shall VikralAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content or analytics, (ii) your access to and use of our Service, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
